Spruce Grove Local Feed Store Steps Up!

Peavey Mart has announced it will be closing all 90 locations across Canada, along with six MainStreet Hardware stores, as part of an organizational restructuring. The farm goods retailer is seeking creditor protection, leaving many rural customers searching for alternative suppliers for essential goods like farm equipment, livestock feed, and pet supplies.

For customers in the Spruce Grove and Parkland area, one long standing business is ready to help, Spruce Grove Feeds. Operating in Spruce Grove since 1963, SGF has been a trusted source for high quality farm and pet supplies for over 60 years.

In response to Peavey Mart’s closure, they shared the following message on Facebook:

“With the news that all Peavey Marts will be closing, please let us know if there are any products that you need. Chances are, we already carry it but happy to help make sure your animals have what they need or special order anything we might be missing!”
